Wood and Metal stud framing of walls, wall extensions, divider walls, and speciality buildouts.  Hanging and finishing of sheetrock, including application of knockdown and popcorn finishes.  Custom drywall designs involving the construction of curves, radii, and arcs.

Application of simple latex and oil based paints and stains to all mediums including; wood, metal, plastic, fiberglass and ceramic. Compound and complicated coatings involving paints with Xyelen, MEK, Toulene, Epoxyies, Metal based and polymer coatings.  Powder coatings of metal objects and surfaces.  Industrial painting of safety coded piping for petroleum companies, in addition to: automobiles, and aircraft.

The new installation of all forms and varities of tile, including;  ceramic, porcelin, travertine, and marble.  Any possible combination of patterns, matt tiles, inlays, border and glass tile.  Applications have included: floors, walls, arcs, tub enclosures, pools and countertops w/backsplashes.  Also specialty inlays of soap dishes, towel bars, shelves and toliet paper holders.

Installation of specialty flooring for residential and commerical applications.  These include; Laminate flooring, pergo and solid wood tounge and groove inlay.  Also the aplication of their various underlayments and sound/vapor barriers.

This would include any framework and support framing for windows and door replacement, wall framing, and formwork,  rough framing for floor and ceiling supports, and the finsh carpentry working of mouldings, basebords, jamb trims, and complete wood projects for stain finish applications.  This has included complete computer desk building and dressers for winter clothes.

Installation and custom building of new vanities for bathrooms.  These have included turning ordinary furniture into vanities with new marble countertops.  Installation and relocation of new plumbing arrangements for these fixtures.

From simple replacements of cabinets and countertops or bathroom fixtures to complete remodels involving demolition of walls and doors to increase the size of a bathroom; as well as;  new tile work, new fixtures and custom built cabinets and vanities.

Replacement of existing fixtures with new or improved fixtures.  Installation of new recessed, or accent lighting.  Installation of scounts, ceiling fans, blower units, etc.

Replacement of plumbing fixtures and plumbing lines.  Installation of new plumbing lines and drains as needed for remodeling or relocation of water supplies.  Fixtures have included; sump pumps, water heaters, water feeds for refrigerators, toliets, bidets, faucets, soaker tubs, shower stalls and many others.

These have included the complete remodel of two seperate suites for lawyer offices, involving, bathrooms, offices, cubicals, kitchen area and more features.  Door relocation and moving, altering of old passage ways with sheetrock and install of new pocket doors and double doors.  Also complete buildout in over a dozen strip mall spaces for new and enlarged spaces for existing customers.  Have included sheetrock construction of curved walls, glass block installation, and suspended ceilings, install and repair work.

Building Maintenance for any size and type of building ranging in use from Retail/Commerical/Industrial/Institutional or Religious.  Services include repair of wood-Massonary-Metal and Brick Facades to Lighting and Plumbing repairs.  This also includes any needed buildouts for new tenats or "make readies" after old tenants leave.  These services are also available to our Real Esate and Property Mangers' clients needs. The company is now also providing complete cleaning services to our building maintneance division.
