What We Do
IN THE NICK OF TIME started 8 1/2 years ago in South Florida. We are proud to say we operated successfully for those years by word of mouth solely. Our company contracts started mostly with Residential bathroom remodels, fences, minor maintenance to working on very high end Residential and Commercial projects, remodeling, new construction for million dollar hotels, private homes, including work for well known and respected Realty companies. Many of these projects required us to work very closely with the Interior Decorators to renovate properties to increase their resale value.
We have now relocated to the Joplin Area, and know our experience is an assets. We have obtained a maintenance contract for the second largest plaza in the city of Joplin, and are proud to say have truly made a difference there in four short months.
